Terms and Conditions

1. The owner of this Certificate is entitled to purchase 7 nights accommodations for two people at the rate of $149 per night at a Getaway Award property and receive two airline tickets for travel in conjunction with the vacation.

2. Travel using this Certificate must be booked prior to the listed expiration date.

3. To redeem this Certificate, log on to www.getawayaward.com where you will be able to search for available accommodations.� Once you determine your preferred destination, call the toll-free number listed on this Certificate to make your reservations.� You must purchase your resort accommodations before your airline tickets will be booked.

4. All reservations must be made through the Archer Travel Group, CST# 2001330-10 and Florida Seller of Travel Registration #35395.

5. Available destinations and dates change constantly.� Accommodations must be booked at least 30 days in advance.� For best availability 45 to 100 days advance booking is recommended.

6. While there are no restrictions on when and where you can travel, the maximum value of the airline tickets included with this promotion is $300 per ticket, including taxes and fees.� Passengers are responsible for any costs beyond this maximum value.

7. Additional people, beyond the two people covered by this Certificate, may be included on the trip up to the maximum allowed at the resort you choose.� There is a $15 per person, per night fee for additional guests.�

8. A few participating resorts offer mandatory or optional all-inclusive packages, meaning the resort charges an additional flat fee for meals and entertainment.� The resorts that charge these fees are clearly identified during the booking process.� You are free to select any of these available resorts, however this Certificate does not cover these all-inclusive fees.

9. Other restrictions, such as guest age, could apply and are subject to the rules of each resort.� Any such restrictions are clearly identified during the booking process.

10. Archer Travel Group has sole discretion of air carrier and routing selected.� Routing may be either non-stop, direct, or flights that include a change of plane.� Archer Travel Group has final authority on all ticketing, pricing, and availability decisions.

11. Once purchased, your vacation package (air and land) is non-refundable and the dates of travel can not be changed.

12. Upon issuance of airline tickets, passengers are subject to all rules and regulations of the issuing airline, including but not limited to exchanges, cancellations or changes of itinerary.� The names of the passengers cannot be changed.

13. Local room taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the travelers.� These fees are usually paid at the resort at the time of check-in or check-out.

14. This program can not be combined with any other promotional program.� Airline miles can not be used for upgrades.� Flights may not qualify for mileage rewards.

15. Archer Travel Group has no control over airline schedule changes, cancelled or oversold flights.� Remedies for these situations are at the discretion of the validating carrier and subject to federal regulations.

16. This Certificate is void if bartered or sold.
